1. Q. How do I place an order on the italialicious website?
A. That's easy as ABC ! Select the box you wish to purchase, choose the products you desire, then enter the address where you wish your selection to be sent. Then enter your payment choice, and click, your present is on it's way! Your friends will be thrilled with your thoughtful and delicious gift!
2. Q. Can I add a message to customize the box I order?
A. Of course! Just write what you wish to say, and that will be included in your order.
3. Q. Do you sell wholesale to other retail stores?
A. No, we sell only to end consumer
4. Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. For your convenience, we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all other major credit cards.
5. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the package.
Return the product to the address below via UPS or Parcel Post (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure your package, for it's full value. Please note that all components of a gift set or collection must be returned in their full integrity.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.

6. Q. How do I know my online transaction is safe?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Q. Where are the Italialicious boxes shipped from?
A. ITALY! Each order you place with italialicious , is dispatched from Italy and checked by our ITALIALICIOUS staff.
2. Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. Whenever the order is placed before 11 AM (Italian time) the order is shipped the same day!
3. Q. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A. Italialicious only uses UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY services. Once shipped, it will take a minimum of 1-4 working days to have your order delivered all over the world! The only exception is for our WINE boxes that are delivered to the USA. This is not an express service, and will take around 10 days for the delivery.
4. Q. Why does the USA make an exception with our Wine Boxes delivery time?
A. Because UPS is the only way to ship wine from Italy to the USA, and does not operate directly, but through the help of a third party non-express importer. It takes around 10 business days to receive our Wine boxes, when delivered to the USA. Be sure to allow for this extra time, when placing an important wine box order.
5. Q. Can I buy a box and have it sent somewhere else in the world?
A. FOR SURE! That's what italialicious is all about, we will send it anywhere you desire. You might like to order a box for yourself!!!
6. Q. Can you send Wine everywhere in the world?
A. Unfortunately NO! Wine can only be sent to the following countries: USA (except Utah), Italy, all over Europe, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Canada.
7. Q. Do you ship to Russia?
A. Unfortunately not at this time.
8. Q. Do you ship to PO BOXES?
A. No, UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES.

A. The contribution asked for shipping and handling of italialicious boxes is calculated according to the following scheme:

FOOD PRODUCTS
1. Q. What's the quality of italialicious food products?
A. 100% ITALIAN QUALITY! Basically, you are eating, what we are REALLY eating ourselves!
All of our products have been taste tested by us, and only the highest quality has been selected, and then made especially for italialicious.
2. Q. How much of the pasta with the sauce I find in the box?
A. According to an healthy diet, and in order to give everyone the pleasure of a delicious Italian meal, each basic sauce box contains enough pasta sauce, for 2 plates of pasta.
(a total of 200 grams)
The remaining pasta, can be saved and cooked, at another time, with the sauce of your choice. The only exception is the PESTO GENOVESE sauce, which is suitable for 4 servings of pasta. (a total of 400 grams)
3. Q. Do you plan to change or add new products on the website?
A. Our Italialicious staff is constantly looking for delicious new products to add for your enjoyment! Of course there will be seasonal products and special promotions throughout the year.
4. Q. What happens if a product is temporarily out of stock?
A. Occasionally, due to a large demand, a product may be temporarily out of stock. You can count on Italialicious to be hard at work, doing our best to return that product back to availability.
